Twilio Debugger was degraded and between 8:40 and 9:05 am UTC, 7/6/2023, Alarms configured for 5 or 15 minute windows may not have been alerted, and a portion of debug events may have been missing from Console Debugger and the Monitor and Notifications REST APIs. We have achieved recovery all events have been restored to the Debugger and REST APIs. However, Alarms configured for 5 or 15 minutes that would have alerted during that time will have been skipped.

Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with Twilio Debugger. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
