      Twilio’s Marketplace VoiceBase Transcriptions addon was degraded between 15:25 Pacific Time on 11/09/2020 and 00:36 Pacific Time on 11/11/2020. During this period of time customers may have experienced problems with Transcription requests. The issue has now been resolved.
