      Twilio Programmable Messaging service was degraded for 7 minutes and 50 seconds between 12:06:00 and 12:14:00 UTC on 2024-02-27. During this period, customers may have experienced issue with Outbound SMS status being stuck in SENT status. The issue has now been resolved.
