      Between 09:30 (UTC) and 09:52 (UTC) We observed a partial outage of inbound calls to Twilio phone numbers in countries including: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. During this timeframe, inbound calls to a subset of phone numbers in these countries failed to complete. As of 09:52 (UTC) the issue is resolved and calls are completing successfully. Outbound calls made from these numbers during the impacted timeframe were not affected.
