      We are observing recovery in SMS delivery to the Movilnet network in Venezuela. Our internal simulation shows messages are getting delivered now and in a timely manner.

      Our carrier partner has confirmed that Movilnet is experiencing issues on their fiber optic transmission unit, and they are working to restore the service. We will provide an update in the next 3 hours or sooner if we see any improvements.
