Incorrect Timestamps on Calls and Missing Voice Insights Data

Daylight Savings Time change resulted in incorrectly timestamped calls between 6:00PM and 7:00PM Pacific time on 3/13/2021. During this period of time customers may have experienced the following problems or symptoms:
- Start time and end time for Programmable Voice calls off by one hour
- Missing Voice Insights data for Programmable Voice calls
Please note that the timestamps will not be updated for the calls that occurred during the incident window.
