A network partner of Twilio's will be performing maintenance on one of their routers and virtualization platforms. This will be starting on July 08 at 00:00 PDT and lasting until July 08 at 03:30 PDT (July 08 07:00 - 10:30 UTC). During this time data sessions may drop and have to re-establish their connectivity. This re-establishment should be possible immediately if the device retries establishing its connectivity when dropped.
