The issue affecting Programmable Wireless SIMs provisioning for T-mobile has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.
Monitoring
We are observing recovery in Programmable Wireless SIMs provisioning for T-mobile. We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
Update
Programmable Wireless SIMs for which there are pending updates to the SIM's status or Rate Plan will be stuck in `scheduled` or `updating` until the issue is resolved. You can still submit an update for Programmable Wireless SIMs in other states (e.g. active, new) but they may not complete until the issue at the downstream provider is resolved. We will provide another update in 4 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
