      We are observing signs of recovery in receiving message status events (DLRs) for messages sent to Brazil handsets. Our engineering team will continue to monitor the service and provide updates when the issue is fully resolved.

      We are experiencing issues with receiving message status events (DLRs) for messages sent to Brazil handsets. The impact is for message status events alone and does not have affect sending or receiving the messages. Our engineers are investigating the issue with our carrier partner. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
