      Twilio console was degraded for 8 days between May 10th 2023, 3:19:41 AM and May 18, 3:23 AM Pacific Time. During this period of time customers may have experienced error messages when trying to login to the console using https://jp.twilio.com/login/kddi-web. The alternate domain https://www.twilio.com/login/kddi-web was working correctly. The issue has now been resolved.
