        Twilio Voice SDK/Insights Gateway was degraded for 30 minutes between 12:49 pm and 1:20pm Pacific Time on 10/24/2024. During this period of time, customers may have experienced errors returned from the Voice SDK insights gateway. The issue has now been resolved.
