Update

Twilio Engineering is executing an operation which will restore any TwiML bins that are still missing and were created prior to 2018-05-18 at 3:00pm Pacific Time. This operation should complete service restoration. We will next update this status page when this operation is complete.

Majority of the affected Twiml Bins are now functioning again. Our engineering team is finalizing the activities to fully restore service.

Identified

A small percentage of Twiml Bins continue to be unavailable. We have identified the root cause and our engineers are working on fixing the issue. We expect service to be fully restored in next couple of hours.

Investigating

Access and requests to TwiML Bins are currently returning errors for some accounts, which is impacting Voice and Messaging apps built using them. Our engineers are investigating.
