Subset of Programmable Video Customers Experiencing 53401 Errors and Unable to Connect to Rooms

Programmable Video's group rooms were degraded for 14 minutes between 13:09 UTC and 13:23 UTC on 03/23/2021. During this period, a subset of customers may have encountered error code 53401 (server is unable to create or apply a local media description) and not able to connect to rooms. The issue has now been resolved.
