We have completed the emergency maintenance to address the root cause of the data processing issue with Messaging Insights. We are no longer seeing data mismatch when viewing the aggregation from Messaging Insights. We will continue to monitor to ensure a full recovery. We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Update
We will be conducting an emergency maintenance at 6pm Pacific today to address the root cause of the data processing issue with Messaging Insights. We expect to see further degraded service for all customers during the maintenance, which is estimated to take 2 hours. Customers may see significant data mismatch when viewing the aggregation from Messaging Insights. We expect to provide another update by 8pm Pacific or as soon as we have more information to share.

Our engineers have confirmed that further mitigation steps need to be taken in order to completely resolve the data processing issue for Messaging Insights. We are currently planning an emergency maintenance after 6pm Pacific today (Nov 26) to address the root cause. During the emergency maintenance window, we expect to see further degraded service for Messaging Insights for all customers. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as we have more information about the maintenance details to share.
