      We’re conducting a planned Global maintenance between 15:00 to 15:30 Pacific Time on 08/03/2024. During the maintenance window, all Authy API requests will fail. Communicate to your customers (end users) about this planned downtime for maintenance before August 3, 2024. Due to Authy API’s deprecation (https://www.twilio.com/docs/verify/authy-vs-verify), we strongly encourage migrating to the Verify V2 API. Verify V2 API, specifically SMS/Voice OTP delivery, is unaffected by this maintenance downtime.
