Elevated 5XX Errors on Twilio Conversations

Twilio Conversations was degraded for 12 minutes between 18:22 and 18:34 Pacific Time on 03/19/2024. During this period of time customers may have some conversation update requests and conversation create requests ended with errors. Also, between 17:59 and 18:03 Pacific Time on 03/18/2024, we detected a smaller spike of errors 5XX caused by the same problem. The issue has now been resolved.
