Our Programmable SMS API is operating normally and we are no longer seeing API latency. We will continue to monitor the situation before we mark the incident as fully resolved. We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as we have more information.

Update
We are seeing an increased latency on our SMS API since 8:30 AM PT across 5 to 7% of our customer base. Latency has increased from 1.5 seconds to 10 seconds. We are investigating the root cause. We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes.
