Monitoring
Our engineering team has identified the issue and applied a fix to mitigate it. This will allow calls to Japanese numbers to be routed correctly. To ensure a full recovery, we are monitoring the service and we will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

We continue to experience issues with call routing to Japanese phone numbers. Destination numbers are currently receiving calls from international carriers which results in anonymous caller IDs.
