      Resolved
      SMS delivery was degraded for 30 minutes between 00:00 and 00:30 Pacific Time on 12/03/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced SMS delivery delays from Twilio US Longcodes numbers to Verizon network and Shortcode numbers to US Verizon and T-Mobile network. The issue has now been resolved.
