Our SMS and MMS carrier partner in Mexico is conducting an emergency maintenance from 14 November 2025 at 22:30 PST until 14 November 2025 at 23:30 PST. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS and MMS to and from Altan Redes, Telcel, Telefonica, AT&T, Axtel and Izzi Mexico handsets.

We are aware of the short notice and are working with our Carrier Partners to provide earlier notification where possible.
