Twilio Programmable Voice was degraded for 19 minutes between 15:33 - 15:52 Pacific Time on Aug 22, 2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced calls and conferences that may not have succeeded if using the de1 region, and established calls and conferences may have had degraded call quality. The issue has now been resolved.
