      Connectivity issue on 8% of Super SIM devices is operating normally at this time. This issue has been resolved.

      Our engineering team has put in a fix to address the issue causing 8% of active data sessions on Super SIM being dropped. We are seeing recovery and are continuing to monitor for service performance. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

      Update
      Beginning at 1:05 UTC, we observed that approximately 8% of active data sessions on Super SIM were dropped for devices connected in the US on T-Mobile. Devices that attempted to reconnect immediately after losing connectivity should have been able to successfully reconnect to the redundant instances while the impacted instance recovered. Our engineering team is actively working with the affected network provider to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
      In the meantime, we kindly suggest that customers reset the connectivity through the console if they notice that some of their SIM cards are still experiencing issues. This can often help re-establish a stable connection for the affected devices.
