Update
We are addressing the issue where customer devices that register to the network using Programmable Wireless SIMs and are assigned an IP addresses in the 25.0.0.0/8 range may not be able to use data. We are working with engineers at the network operator to implement a fix. It is possible the device will reattach with a newly assigned IP address if the customer issues a SIM Reset https://www.twilio.com/docs/iot/wireless/api/sim-resource#reset-a-sims-connectivity. They may need to perform this multiple times as IP assignment can be a bit random. We expect to provide another update in 8 hours or as soon as we have more information.

Twilio Engineers are still investigating an issue where customer devices that register to the network using Programmable Wireless SIMs and are assigned an IP addresses in the 25.170.0.0/16 and 25.0.0.0/8 range may not be able to use data. Twilio Engineering are still investigating an issue where customer devices that register to the network using Programmable Wireless SIMs and are assigned an IP addresses in the 25.170.0.0/16 range may not be able to use data. To mitigate this customer devices need to re-register to the network (for example by restarting the device) until they get an IP address outside of this range. We will update in 2 hours or as soon as we have more information.
