      Bulk Export Tool is now operating normally and customer should be able to use the functionality now. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We’ll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

      We continue to investigate elevated latency and timeout errors for Twilio Rest API, impacting the following Twilio services: Bulk exports. Customers may experience inaccurate estimated completion times. All new and existing bulk exports will not be completed until the issue is resolved. We recommend waiting to submit any new requests until the issue is resolved.

      Our engineering team is actively working on this issue and we will provide another update in 4 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
