There is a maintenance window scheduled tonight with one of partners for Twilio's Super SIM. The window runs from Feb 3rd 21:00 PST to Feb 4 00:00 PST. At this time the connections between signaling platforms may be interrupted as new links are established. Devices already registered and with an existing data session should be unaffected. New registrations may be delayed by a few minutes. Twilio will be actively monitoring connectivity during this migration.
