      Flex Insights historical reporting was degraded on 30 January 2023 between 6:31 AM and 6:50 AM PST Pacific Time. During this period customers may have experienced latency loading data or may have been unable to access data in their Flex Insights dashboard. The issue has now been resolved and data is loading normally.
