500 Errors on Flex Custom Plugins

Twilio Functions & Assets was degraded for 30 minutes between 05:00 and 05:30 Pacific Time on 26/04/2023. During this period of time, a subset of customers may have experienced 5xx while fetching assets for plugins. Flex Insights was not impacted and was usable for customers during this time. The issue has now been resolved.
