Our engineers have investigated and resolved an issue with the Bulk Messaging API. From 12:00PM PDT to 12:30PM PDT on Wednesday, 9/16/26, customers may have experienced elevated HTTP 503 status codes and request timeouts when calling Bulk Messaging API endpoints. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
