Resolved

SMS delivery failures to Verizon Network in the US for a subset of long-codes via 10DLC between around 13:00 PM PST on 05/11/2023 and about 11:30 PST on 05/12/2023. During this period of time, customers sending those messages received a negative DLR back corresponding to lack of permission to send on that route. The issue has now been resolved.
