Incorrect worker activity statistics has been resolved and Flex Insights QueuesStats view is operating normally at this time.
Monitoring
The Worker Activity Statistics displayed as part of Flex Insights QueuesStats view were degraded for around 60 mins starting 28th January 2024 5:06 PM PST due to an internal Kafka cluster outage.
Flex worker activity stats is now operating normally. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
