Outbound PSTN calls were degraded for 3 hours and 20 minutes between 07:00 and 10:20 Pacific Time on 07/30/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced call failures from a subset of Twilio Mexico numbers to Mexico mobile numbers. The issue has now been resolved.
