      Calls API was degraded for 6 minutes between 04:45 PST and 04:51 Pacific Time on 11/26/2021. During this period, a small percentage of calls created from the API failed to initiate and there was a generalised increase in latency in our API responsesyeah . The issue has now been resolved.
