        Update

        Some WhatsApp template statuses may be outdated. As a result, sending WhatsApp messages using a template with an outdated status may fail until the status is updated. Any new template status updates are correctly being captured. Our engineering team has identified the cause for outdated statuses and is working on a fix to ensure all template statuses are up-to-date. Previously incorrect WhatsApp template categories have been synced and are now accurate. Any onboarding issues for new WhatsApp senders have been mitigated. There is also no impact to receiving WhatsApp messages. We will provide an update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
