We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to US Cellular Network in USA using Twilio Longcode, Shortcode and Toll-free numbers. This incident has been resolved.

We are observing recovery in SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to US Cellular Network in USA using Twilio Longcode, Shortcode and Toll-free numbers. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery. However, we are still continuing to experience SMS delivery failures when sending from a subset of Twilio Shortcode numbers. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue.
