We are observing recovery in SMS delivery delays when sending messages to US Cellular Network in USA using Twilio Longcode and Tollfree numbers. However, we are still continuing to experience SMS delivery failures when sending from a subset of Twilio Shortcode numbers. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue.
