Billing Pipeline was degraded for 72 minutes between 07:33 and 08:45 Pacific Time on 05/09/2023. During this period, Console users were unable to apply promos and trial balances on customer accounts. The issue has now been resolved.

Investigating

We've become aware of a potential issue with Console returning 500 error. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have additional information.
