      Flex was degraded for approximately 65 minutes between 10:00 and 11:05 Pacific Time on 05/09/2022. During this period, some customers may have experienced delays in sending or receiving WhatsApp messages in Flex. The issue has now been resolved.

      Investigating
      Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with Proxy failing to get WhatsApp number. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
