        SMS delivery to Tigo Chad was degraded for 5 hours and 10 minutes between 12:50 and 17:20 Pacific Time on 02/20/2022. During this period, customers may have experienced SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Tigo Chad. The issue has now been resolved.
