Twilio Flex, Conversations and Sync were degraded in US region for 29 minutes between 23:58 and 00:27 Pacific Time on 12/12/2023. During this period of time customers may have experienced 500 Errors from Conversations and Sync products, also Flex Teams View functionality could have been affected. The issue has now been resolved.
