      Update
      We are observing improvements. Delivery receipts are returned without delays. Our engineers are continuing to investigate the earlier issues.

      Our engineering team is currently investigating an issue with delayed Delivery Receipts across the Twilio platform. Message delivery is not impacted by this issue. We will post another update when we have identified the issue.
