All Intelligence and Transcriptions that were recoverable have been recovered. Programmable Voice Recording and Intelligence services are operating normally at this time.
Update
Engineers have recovered all recordings that were impacted by the incident (those from approximately 7:00 AM PT to 9:31 AM PT on 5 October 2023) and able to be recovered. Intelligence and Transcriptions have been partially recovered and engineers continue working to ensure all impacted requests have been recovered. We will provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
