      Voice services for Calls, Recordings, and Conference were degraded for 7 minutes between 11:58 and 12:05 Pacific Time on 06/22/2022. During this period, customers may have experienced 5xx errors. Our service provider has corrected the connectivity issues. The issue has now been resolved.
