We are investigating an issue where WhatsApp Sandbox messages are not updating delivery status. Messages are delivering successfully but the messages status stays “sent”. Production WhatsApp usage is not affected. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
