We have investigated the incident causing API 500 errors when attempting to search a subset of US Phone Numbers via the API, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers. We are closing this incident and will reach out to these customers individually for further follow-ups.

We continue to experience API 500 errors when attempting to search a subset of US Phone Numbers via the API. There is no impact searching phone numbers through the Console. This only occurs when the parameter "Beta=false" is included in the request. Our engineers are working to restore service. We will update in 4 hours as soon as we have more information.
