We are observing successful SMS delivery from Twilio short code numbers to Canada Videotron Network (302-500) for the last 20 minutes. We will continue to monitor to ensure full service recovery. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are still experiencing delivery failures when sending messages from Twilio short code numbers to Canada Videotron Network (302-500).
