      The issue with the Flex Insights Historical Dashboard UI has been resolved. We are no longer experiencing issues in accessing Flex Insight Dashboard data and delays while uploading data. Twilio Flex is operating normally at this time.

      We have observed that the Flex Insights Historical Dashboard UI is now accessible and there is no delay in data uploads for our customers. To ensure a full recovery, we are monitoring the service and will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

      Update
      Flex Insights Historical Dashboard UI is currently inaccessible and there are delayed data uploads for some of our customers due to an issue on our vendor's end. Our engineers are actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

      Flex Insights Historical Dashboard UI is not accessible and delayed data uploads for few of our customer's, since there is an issue on our vendor's end and our engineers are actively working with them to fix the issue.
