Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Network degradation affecting webhooks delivery in eu-west-1 has been resolved.

Customers may have experienced failed connections and calls latency to all Voice features going into/out-of IE1. Some client registrations would have failed during the impact window. All services are now operating normally at this time.
