      Taskrouter was degraded for 16 minutes between 12:16 PM to 12:32 PM Pacific Time on 05/05/2021. During this period, a small subset of customers may have experienced elevated HTTP 500 errors while retrieving statistic information using API. The issue has now been resolved.
