      We are no longer observing delays in Voice Insights call summaries, events and metrics. This incident has been resolved.

      Update
      We are addressing the issue with delays in Voice Insights call summaries, events and metrics. As mentioned previously, Call Summary records are caught up. Now, Server Events and Metrics are also caught up.
      Client Events and Metrics are still delayed. We are continuing to work on getting these remaining events caught up. We expect to provide another update in 8 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
