Upon further investigation, the SMS delivery delays we are reporting to the TIM network in Brazil are only affecting SMS sent from local Brazil Twilio long codes. Our engineers continue to work with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 8 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
