        Twilio Programable Chat and Conversations public APIs in all Twilio API-s (Conversations API, Programmable Chat, Voice) were degraded for 5 minutes between 9:56 and 10:00 Pacific Time on 09/28/2023. During this period of time customers may have experienced 500s errors. The issue has now been resolved.
